Our Process

Pakistan’s SEO industry has grown quickly, and with that growth has come a lot of noise — inflated ranking promises, recycled case studies, and pricing that has no real basis.

Our process exists to cut through that. Before any professional appears in our directory, they go through a defined review, and every listing is treated as something we’re accountable for, not just a paid entry.

Below is how that actually works.

1. Application

SEO professionals and agencies apply to be listed. We ask for the basics that most directories skip past too quickly:

  • Business or freelancer registration details
  • A working portfolio — actual campaigns, not screenshots of ranking positions with no context
  • At least two contactable client references
  • A clear statement of specialization (technical SEO, local SEO, e-commerce, content, link building, etc.)
  • Standard pricing or engagement structure

If an application is vague on any of these — particularly results or references — it doesn't move forward.

Our Process

2. Verification

This is the step most directories treat as a formality. We don't.

  • Business identity is checked against registration records where available.
  • Professional background is cross-checked using platforms such as LinkedIn, established freelance marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr, and other publicly available business records, to confirm work history and professional standing beyond what's submitted in the application.
  • Portfolio claims are reviewed against what's actually verifiable — traffic trends, ranking movement, or client-confirmed outcomes, not just a slide with a graph.
  • References are contacted directly. We ask what the engagement was actually like, not just whether they'd recommend the person.
  • Methodology is reviewed. If an applicant's approach relies on tactics search engines explicitly discourage — link schemes, cloaking, content spinning — they're declined, regardless of the results they claim.

Some applicants don't pass this stage. That's intentional. A directory that accepts everyone isn't really vetting anyone.

3. Listing

Once approved, an expert's profile is organized by city and area of specialization, covering Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and the other markets in our directory.

This means a business looking for a local SEO consultant in Faisalabad can go directly to relevant listings, rather than sorting through professionals working in different markets or disciplines.

Each profile includes the expert's pricing range, core areas of focus, and the client feedback we've collected, giving businesses a realistic picture rather than a curated highlight reel.

4. Helping You Compare

Most businesses coming to us aren't SEO experts themselves, which is exactly why inflated claims work on them in the first place.

So alongside listings, we provide:

  • Straightforward guides on what realistic SEO timelines and pricing look like in Pakistan
  • Questions worth asking before signing with an agency
  • Comparison views across shortlisted experts, so decisions aren't made on a single sales call

We don't push a "top pick." Different businesses have different needs, budgets, and risk tolerance, and we'd rather you make an informed choice than a fast one.

5. After the Listing Goes Live

A profile being approved once doesn't mean it stays untouched.

  • New client reviews are collected and checked before publishing
  • Profiles are periodically reviewed for accuracy
  • Experts who accumulate credible complaints, or who are later found using practices we don't allow, are removed

6. Feedback

We ask both businesses and experts how the engagement actually went.

That feedback shapes what we flag, what we update, and occasionally, who stays listed.

Our standard here isn't unusual — it's close to what serious B2B platforms already do elsewhere.

What's different is applying it consistently to Pakistan's SEO market specifically, where that kind of scrutiny has been missing.
